Hello there,
I'm so ready! This week I return to Red Door Studio, where my ideas will receive physical form, where my creative process will unfold, and where I will spend the next months working on my art, thinking, writing, and experimenting with various materials and techniques.
Red Door Studio is a space where I have been working before, and where various things happened in the past. I was part of the initial collective at Red Door Studio, when it opened as an alternative space for art, creative practices, exhibitions, and artistic happenings, in the end of August 2014. This is where I made a lot of my latest drawings and paintings, where we had the First Taqueria Clandestina as a pop-up eating event, where we hosted the hyggeligt Red Xmas, and other various events and pop-up shops and exhibitions. Later on, Red Door extended with a larger space, just around the corner, Red Door Gallery. Here, many wonderful things happened! Exhibitions, concerts, poetry events, the second Taqueria Clandestina, where I showed my Memento Mori series as part of the evenț's exhibition, and much more, where many of you, our friends and your friends participated and made things happening . The Red Door Gallery also hosted the Concept Stores of Avalon Clothing and an impressive collection of music records and books made available by Frekvens Control. The person running the Red Door Gallery is Elizabeth Torres ((Red Door NY - Virtual Magazine), the founder of the Red Door Concept. At the moment, the Gallery space is closed.

I feel very fortunate to be able to come back to the Red Door Studio, and continue my artistic practice and experiments.
